RPRF is Right of Permanent Residence fee. It is a fee of $490 that is due before the embassy is ready to issue the visa and copr. The embassy will message u for this fee when they're ready if u haven't already paid it. If u wait for the request, this can cause further delay when they wait for u to pay and then get around to viewing your receipt. If possible, it is best to pay the RPRF now, send cic the receipt and then u won't have to worry about it and will allow your visa office to issue the visa as soon as they're ready.

they didn't ask me for the payment nor receipt (my husband is not sure if he already paid RPRF, because when he passed the paperworks he paid for like 1000CAD and it doesn't indicate RPRF onthe receipt, but her friend told him that it is paid already).. and i just sent my passport, picture and appendix A. one more question again please? i have put the wrong date (just noticed it when i got home) i'm afraid it might cause some delay. please reply. i need to know if it's ok or what. :(

1. I don't see how a wrong date would affect your application, (well as long as it is not an essential thing like passport expiry date or birthdate) hopefully, everything will be okay.

2. In the case that you haven't paid your RPRF yet, don't worry, CIC will notify you for it, you said your husband paid $1100 right? then yes, he MIGHT'Ve Paid for the RPRF already.
