RPRF sent to chc london but not received....they lost it

hi...
i sent RPRF alongwith additional docs to chc london on april,5,2012. now after enquiring on 25june 2012 about acknowledgement they replied 'WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS YET'

I replied their email that i already had sent them.i also attached the courier online tracking confirmation of receiving by their employee at chc london april11,2012.i also sent them the copy of DD for RPRF fee issued on 02,april 2012.

anyone plz advice me wat else to do...i am waiting for their reply...will they ask me to sent the docs and RPRF again or try to locate it within their office...i am surprised to learn that chc london receives the mails and misplace them....

plz anyone.....suggest me what can possibly happen in this case...thnx

It doesn't mean the documents are lost, just that the visa has not yet received them. Since you have proof of delivery and have provided same to them, try not to worry... you will get the passport request.

better send them the copy of RPRF proof if u got one, get it cancelled and also attached a new RPRF with a covering letter

I have gone through that they have lost my Orig. PCCs Forms and Employmer latter and when i ask they said we are waiting for your Document i was surprised how they have lost my documents after that what i did i send them copy of that documents by email and made new PCCS and Employer latter and new forms.

So my suggestion is don't waste your time and arrange new Documents for them and when you send them please write you file number on each document by pencil on top of the every page.

about Landing fee go to bank and ask them to check you draft has been chased or not if not cnacel your old one and make new.

I hope this reply will relief your pain.

what if i move the cancellation of my DD and the chc london finds my mail and presents my DD to the bank?
actually they have received my medical results sent by my DMP on 9,april and my mail carrying additional docs plus RPRF was delivered at chc on 11,april.
after submitting a case spec enquiry(25,june) they said that they have received the medical results but have not received yet the requested documents.

THANX FOR SHARING UR EXPERIENCE...
i checked with the bank...the DD isnt presented yet..not encashed...idea of preparing new set of docs is good but previoes DD should not be cancelled in my view,coz what if they find my mail and present the same DD for encashment?i will be in trouble then....
