Waiting desperately for MR from CHC London

Hey all, I sent my first application to sydney canada on 16 february 2010. I was asked by CHC London to send updated documents i.e. forms, photos and police certificate and I sent the same to CHC on 6 november 2012. My case is in process since March 14 2012. It is already almost an year. I received 6 to 12 months wait letter on 6th April 2012. I have been waiting, waiting and waiting but I haven't heard from CHC London since October 2012. When would they Send me MR? Should I send them a reminder or what? When Am I expected to get MR. Has anyone with similar timeline got MR?

There are few indicators to find out when & what you will get from LVO; MR or Updated Doc Req (UDR).

1) Send a CSI to LVO asking about your status, see what VO says

2) Look into your GCMS notes, if you have; read carefully NOTES section at the end. If further docs needed then you will -probably- get UDR. If its written by visa officer that request Meds then you will get MR

3) Lastly, look at your eCas, if you are lucky and your file is created/transferred in GCMS ver 4.0 & you are MI1 applicant, you may find an additional line "We started processing your application on xx date." This line is in addition to the line that says, "We have reviewed your application and started processing on xx date." If its the case then most likely you will get the MR rather than UDR.

4) It is also observed that most of April & May 2010 applicants are getting this line, "We started processing your application on xx date." esp NDVO/SGVO applicants got MR when they have this line.
