Plzzzz i need your suggestion:

I got a new message from cic for payment of RPRF AMOUNT.. i had just paid half the money when i applied for express entry. I did not pay right for pr fees..

So they sent me an email to pay that..

My aor is dec. 13th
Medical passed feb. 2
Additional doc. Reqursted feb. 2 WHICH I HAVE STILL NOT SUBMITTED
Bkground chck in progress

the letter states that we are reviewing your background check, criminality and medical and other requirements but we need RPRF fees in 7 days.
This surely proves i passed my R10 completeness right?

Does this mean a good sign?

Means are they just waiting for my additional letter?
I am very much confused..

Does someone have same issue??

One needs to pay RPRF fee for the processing of the application. Some pay it upfront at the time of application others get a request for doing the same.
One usually gets a request for RPRF after the preliminary basic checks are completed. However, if i talk about my case, i got request for RPRF after nearly 5 months of filing the PR application. I had ordered GCMS notes in December and knew that eligibility, medical and criminality were all passed so could not understand the rationale of CIC not sending the request earlier.
IMO if a person is getting RPRF request then all is well in the application till that point. As this fees is reimbursable, CIC would definitely be doing the preliminary basic checks before sending the request.

Can i call cic and ask where is my file being processed? Means which VO?
Will they say?

Have read a few posts which talks about it, calling to CIC for knowing the VO but do not have much knowledge about it.
Can i know why do you want to know the VO, would it be of any benefit?
