RPRF fee upload portal IS NOT PROMTING IN MYCIC ACCOUNT

I have paid the RPRF fee and and found no upload option in mycic account
i have visited view submitted application and see docment submited paid and application paid fee $550 page
but not RPRF PORTAL TO UPLOAD PLEASE GUDE

reread the RPRF request letter they sent you, it has a link to where you pay RPRF. it's not in my CIC. you have to pay there, get a receipt then go back to my CIC and upload the invoice
