Role change amendment petition

I am in Canada on ICT LMIA work permit through GSS. Now I have been promoted by employer but I have been told that I need wait until the role change amendment petition is approved by IRCC to receive benefits of the new role. The average processing time is of 109 days and for those days I would still get older benefits. Anyone aware how can this be expedited? Please advise

Unfortunately there is no expedite processing available.

It's correct that you need to wait for the change amendment to be processed and approved before you can start in your new role and receive the benefits of that role.

Hopefully it will be processed faster than the 109 day posted processing time.
