Right to permanent residence fee

Hello,

I received a letter regarding paying the right of permanent residence fees. But I am unsure if 490 cad have to be paid together for myself and my spouse or its 490 per person ?

Can someone please clarify ?

It's per adult. When you pay it online, you can select the multiplier 2 and pay 980 CAD together.

Is there a way to rectify this ? I mean I paid 490 cad and submitted the receipt.
Now that I know it has to be 980 cad, how should I proceed?
There's no option for uploading another receipt of 490 cad.

Please suggest. Any inputs will be much appreciated.
