Reviving email from IRCC with new email address

Hi. I submitted a document for my tourist visa application by webform last week. I submitted my TRV in April 2019 but I got a reply from “ TR Enquiries / Renseignement RT (IRCC)” that we received your document but not from the visa office I submitted my application. Any one have the same experience, receive email from TR Enquiries / Renseignement RT (IRCC) or know why I got reply from them instead of visa office. Thanks.

A google search from that entity brings up zero results. Submit a web form to confirm it came from IRCC. What was the full address that the email came from?
