Revised ECA issue date in EE profile

Hello everyone,

I have demanded a revision of my WES ECA report 2 times , now i have 3 reports sent to me , the last two have a different date than the original , and in each one of them it states below :
Revised ECA report (original completed mmmm dd, yyyy)

Now im filling my EE Profile and i don't know what to mention in the "Date ECA report issued" the original date or the last date of revision.
