Wes reference no question and date

First i wanted to ask if the wes eca number contains letters or only numbers because the hardcopy is written eca number and then the number has letters at the end but online when am opening it i only type numbers without letters,the 2nd question is concerning my wifes eca first she got an evaluation dated in june with a mistake in her name,i sent wes and they sent another one with the same mistake in june as well,and in the report itself they wrote revised eca report ( original completed on may 24 ) so now am confused on which date to use the one that is just above the eca number on the upper right part of the report or that one written in the eca report? And btw its not the same when i open the report online that note about it being a revised report doesnt show up.thanks

So that means that the ones we are using online is diff than the one in the final copy,thanks for your answer,which date did you use if i may ask?
