Reuse the medical exam for visitor record

Hi there, I am pretty confused and looking for an advice.

I finished my medical exam on last Oct when I applied my visitor record to extend the status. My visitor record was proved after that. However, I flied back India right after and then came back to Canada again. Now, it is time for me prepare applying a visitor record again to extend my status. (I am looking for staying another 7 to 8 months)

I checked the IRCC website and it said they extend a temporary public policy for IME until Oct 2029. The IME will be valid for 5 years if my understanding is correct? Now when I finish questionnaire to create the application. It asks me to upload an upfront IME if I input "Yes" for the question "If I have done any IME for the past 12 months" .

My question is, what should I provide to prove that I did my exam last Oct? The doctor did not give me any copy of filled IME report. The clinic told they submitted to IRCC directly once all the exam completed. Thanks for all the advice in advance.

You are a visitor, not a worker or applying for PR. If you have done the medical within the last 12 months then upload the report. Ask doctor’s office for report.

Would add you are spending a large proportion of your time visiting Canada in the past 1+ years. You should be prepared to explain why since you appear to have only returned to your home briefly and entered Canada as a visitor again.
