Reuse of upfront medical?

Hi there! My EE application was returned for incomplete. My question is can I reuse my upfront medical for my new EE profile? My medical expires in sept 2019. Hoping for some clarification.

According to the CIC , in the case of the upfront medical exam, do I want to exam my documents through the self-employed can do before submite?

Because I have already prepared all my documents and I have not completed my medical records yet
