Returning incomplete application

Our application got returned because we forgot to tick one box in my husband's application. There are stamps on all our forms of the date it was initially received (Jan 4). It also states that my and my son's application are complete. So to say I am annoyed that we missed one box on my husband's form is an understatement. My question is when we send it back today and they receive it hopefully on Thursday, will it go to the back of the queue or will it just be sort of bumped up to where it was before??
