Hi, I have my application for CEC almost complete, i have had my police certificates and medical report posted to Buffalo, i have also sent them the final payment for the permanent residency fee.
I started my application from canada while is was there on a working visa and since returned back to australia to complete the application due to the the expiry of the visa.
The application hopefully is not to far from being approved. but i have a return flight for feb 6th and need to know... can i go back to canada before the approval if i enter as a tourist.
and..
if i enter as a tourist do i need a return flight back to australia planned so i can leave the country if the CEC is not approved. Will they let me into canada. what are the conditions of entry as a tourist.
Any thoughts. would like to be back for the Olympics.
