Hi,
I travelled to India on Critical Illness Care, as my Father In law was not well. He passed away after a month. I am planning to return to Canada now. I understand that I am exempt from hotel quarantine as per the below link:
https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/2019-novel-coronavirus-infection/latest-travel-health-advice/compassionate-entry-limited-release-from-quarantine/return-apply-requirements.html
I am required to sign a solemn declaration signed by a Notary. Can anyone let me know what is the process of doing this. Since I am outside Canada, it is not clear if the declaration can be signed on video call by a notary.
Thank You,
Prathibha
