Retroactive payment of CCB

Hi everyone,

We landed in Canada as PR, me and my entire family on May 2024. April 2025 we file our taxes and creates our CRA accounts. We see our CCB statement of account with following infos

CCB Underpayment for Jun 2024: $xxxx.xxx
(Same info and amount until May 2025)

CCB DR held- Overlimit: $xxxx.xxx
(Same amount from underpayment)
(Same info until May 2025)

We just wanted to clarify if we will be able to get the amount from the months that we were suppose to receive it upon our arrival until we file our taxes. We got confuse about the underpayment and overlimit stated in our CCB statement of account.

We hope we can get a quick response here as soon as possible.

Typically you need to show you income for the past 1-2 years before arriving in Canada to receive the CCB.

We already declared it during tax filing.

If CRA is happy with the proof of income provided you should receive the rest of the CCB.

We haven't heard from them after filing our taxes, we hope too they're happy, we gave all the info they need.

If 6-8 weeks and no changes I would call CRA.
