So i'll not be able to get Child benefits untill 2026 when i'll get collective amount for preceding year start from when we landed in Canada.Right? or is there anyway we can start getting that child benefit every month?

You will qualify if you can prove your family international income for the past 1-2 years.

You can’t unless you qualified for CCB before you received PR.

Had you been in Canada for 18 months before receiving PR? When was your child born?

I came to Canada since July 2023 and I claim my refugee since Oct 2023 so I'm now a PP, am I eligible for ccb back pay?

So you’re not a PR just a protected person. You aren’t entitled to back pay. You only qualified when you became a protected person.
