Originally, I intended to study in Kelowna last Fall but due my Visa not processing on time, I had to defer my studies for Fall 2023 (It got approved a week after classes started). My main worry now is that the Medical Examination Validity date already expired and I've been trying to contact the embassy via webform. They only got back to me last week saying that they received my webform but this was the only conclusive response I got regarding my questions: "If your enquiry included additional questions in addition to the documents, they will be addressed separately, as soon as possible." Currently, I haven't heard back from them and I don't think submitting more webforms will make things move any quicker.

I previously contacted the clinic where I took my examination and they mentioned they don't know anything about the processing and I had to wait for the embassy to email me. I'm concerned since I scheduled a flight this August 16 and time is running out. Did anyone here share a similar experience and how did you deal with that?

I'm running out of time and I feel like the embassy wont get in touch any time soon, what are my options? Do I just visit the embassy building directly to get results?
