good day
after i had sign a agrement with representative ,i wanna cancel it , as you know i did not submit my sponsor application yet , i did not sign any forms , otherwise i sent some forms to review some supporting documents to him,
my question is ,if i can cancel that agrement ?
if i cancel that agrement i have to fill up the forms IMM 5475 AND IMM 5476 ?
as you know i did not submit the application yet .
please i need your support as your response to my question.

If you haven't submitted the application you don't need to submit any representative cancellation forms, just don't submit the representative form.

As to your ability to cancel the retainer, that's up to your retainer agreement.

If you haven't submitted a representative form, why would you need to submit cancellation forms?

I can't tell you anything about cancelling the retainer agreement. It's a contract you signed with the consultant. You need to read that contract.
