Resubmit citizenship aplication (adult) from outside Canada

Hello,
My citizenship application was sent back to me due to incomplete information. The date and signature for physical presentation form are missing. Can I re use that application, sign, date and send back to CIC? Or if I have to prepare new application. I’m currently outside of Canada. Could I send application from outside Canada to its office in Nova Scotia?
