RESUBMISSION OF FSWP APPLICATION

Hello

I applied for 2133 Electrical and Electronics Engineer (FSWP) but I got denial with the Regulation of R (10) of IPRA.

And in the letter it says,

" The employment letter from ABC company do not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of NOC, including all of the essential duties."

Now I have got a Job Description Letter from my company duly signed by HR Manager, that describes my job responsibilities and my position and working hours.

1) I want to ask you that can I now re-submit my application? If yes then is there any additional things that I should take care of? Like additional docs or explanation letter for resubmission etc.

I am looking for your precious response.

So you did not provide detailed job descriptions during your first attempt?

In my opinion you should wait for your package to be sent back and resubmit a complete package.
2133 is not hot, so as long as you can retrieve your package back before the end of 2014, you still have the chance.

In addition to what naticom just said, be sure that your listed duties and responsibilities on your reference letter this time around conforms with at least 70% of the one sampled by CIC in your primary NOC. Good Luck.
 
No. My complete package has been returned with that letter having the denial objection. And yes firstly I had my only experience letter that shows only tenure and designation of job.

Please let me know about it. Can I resubmit now?
