I do not have any criminal convictions.
My ex had me arrested for domestic violence. The charge was dismissed and expunged from my record. My ex pursued and received a restraining order for domestic violence.
The restraining order was not made permanent and has subsequently expired. I have all the paperwork showing that it was dismissed.
Would the restraining order (which is no longer in effect) deem me inadmissable? I know otherwise I should be ok because I have no convictions.
