Restoration of status after AINP and PR submission

Hi,

I applied for restoration of status after being denied an open work permit due to not having a PR submission application number, which I do have now. I applied for restoration of status saying I have got my Alberta provincial nominee with the submission of IMM5802e (Offer of Employment to a Foreign National Exempt from a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA))from the employer. My employer has set a deadline of 4 months if my status does not come until then, they will withdraw IMM5802e from the application and find a new employee. So what are my options then? What if my employer withdraws the form what can I do next to stay back and get a status?

First if you would have consult or asked your friend or even used to see this forum
u would have immediately know that u cant apply open work permit without AOR. thats ok as u still
can do . dont worry and asap apply closed one.dont go to border as u r not
eligible to go there and get it now.i dont know about restoration process and timing. second if you employer contact to ainp
then u will be in trouble as ainp can withdraw your nomination and that can b
nightmare for you.i m not make u scare but just give answer of your question.
