Restoration and extension of the status as a visitor - address

So I mailed application for my wife to CPC Vegreville (the address was on the document checklist). Now I know this CPC is closed (Idk why the address was on the chilecklist then) and we were supposed to submit the application to Edmonton CPC. What should we do? Gather all documents again and send them to CPC Edmonton?

Update: I just realized they changed the checklist ( I printed it in the end of August, even one week makes the difference... my bad ). So, the checklist is the same except for the address of CPC. I assume they will forward the parcel to the right CPC. The question is whether they will return our application due to the outdated checklist? All other forms are up-to-date and as I said the difference on the checklists is only the address.

May I ask about the status of your application? did they deliver it to Edmonton?
I sent my application last week to Edmonton with Canada post-Xpresspost. but the tracking number isn't updated after a week. I called canada post and they don't know what has happened to my application. I don't know if I should wait for a respond from canada post or send another application with Fedex this time.
