Response From CHC after Disappearance of ADDRESS on ECAS

no response from CHC, ND after my address disappeared a few times. It re-appeared last tuesday

My address disappeared again today, it's the 3rd time it happened in last 2 months without any change in the status . What I can make it out from this that it's a system flaw.

GCMS NOTES RECEIVED

I had applied for CAIPS and I received GCMS instead. It is easy to read than CAIPS and after reading it 2 or 3 times you actually get hold of things. Well my eligibility review at VO end is still not completed and currently my file is at Anti Fraud Unit I don't know if its a normal procedure or they suspect something in my case. Anyway, last time when my address disappeared it was not a system fault and they were actually working on it because the comments are made on the same dates. Some kind of assignment is given to one of the VO for my case and due date for the completion of assignment is 30th sept 2011.

Also they have 3 issues in my case. First, they want my bank statement as I only included bank letter at the time of application. Second, they want more concrete and conclusive proof of relation with my relative and proof that he is currently living in Canada. Third, they want to review my employment docs in depth.

I wish all the issues get resolved and they send me medicals request without any further requirements. Those who are still waiting for any kind of correspondence from their VO I would suggest to order CAIPS as it would give you a little relief that your file is not resting in the VO rather they are working on it but yeah slowly and you will also get to know issues they have in your application.

VO gave me 28 Aug last date to submit my PP & RPRF fee & Medicals. Any Logic ???

I found a couple of guys whose address disappeared last night so may be yours disappeared the same time.

Ya, But till 11:30 Pm of yesterday it was there. But morning it is not there.

Just to inform you that e-cas update takes time ( 48-72 Hr) to show results on website .

Lets see.

I think it's a system flaw as it happened twice with me and nothing has been changed till now also I have observed in last two months alot of people gets there address disappeared in one day and get back there address in sane day. I feel visa office doesn't open and close so many files in same day.

I think address disappearance really works..If I relate with my time line..
It disappeared three time..
1- after my medical reached there..and after 2-3 days they sent email regarding my spouse signature verification..
2- after 15 days when I think they had opened file for medical clearance..
3- today when My e case updated to Medical received and hopefully PPR on the way..in next few days

So when ever they are working on ur file..add going..
if i am not wrong..

hi finally sent all necessary docs to chc newdelhi to add my newborn daughter to my application...thankx to all for guiding me about docs....
also i forget to tell one interesting thing....when i have informed chc about docs required to add my daughter to my application before then i have sent them email and also a letter by post...
they replied to both.....firstly i got email from them and they asked for 2 passport size photos of child,draft for fee,imm008 form,imm5406,birth certificate copy,pasport copy....and after nearly a week they replied to me my letter sent by post and the difference was that this time they asked for 4 passport size photos of child,draft for fee,imm008 form,imm5406,birth certificate copy,pasport copy and proof of funds......so i have sent all docs along with proof of funds as well.......but i m confused why they did theyask for different docs in email and letter.........any one havinng any idea
about that.............

Yes It is working for some and not of a few....

Like me, mine disappeared 3 times but nothing up yet.... I am sure it has something to do with processing.

you might find your addy disappeared from ECAS in next few days as they will attach your docs to your application.
