Mine disappeared a month back and reappeared last thursday

i got an email from londong to update my PC and send them photos for me and the family

my ecase was missing from july 11 to july 22 then from july 25 to july 28

Can anybody help me explaning me was happening with my process. I need the somebody else opinion reading this.

CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament.
