I think PGD should also do well, but check out the list of CHC Islamabad for such cases.....Most of the students getting visa have applied for Master's degree.........

this is what im worried about.....i dont want to get stuck and securing an admission in master program require gmat/gre

This reply is based on my thinking.

I think you should not face difficulty if you are applying to a diploma course of a university. I believe this course will be superior to the one offered by college and hence, you stand a better chance of getting your visa. As the admission criteria of university is harder than that of a college so this would make VO think that you are a competent student and would issue you a visa.

Admission in concordia's business school is very competitive , but do keep a backup plan apply somewhere else also...

You should opt for MBA or master's level course, with your experience and 4 years of bachelor you will find it extremely difficult to crack your visa based on a diploma course.
