Residency Obligation

I came to Canada in May 2017. I got my PR on November 2021. I have not left Canada in between these two periods. I came to India for my vacation on December, 2021 without my PR card. Now I am applying for my PRTD to return to Canada. Do I meet the residency obligation?

If all as described, you meet the RO.

Assuming you became pr in November 21 (eg you had some other status before), period to Nov 21 is irrelevant.

From now until Nov 26 (your first five years as pr), you must be out of Canada less than 1095 days.
