due to 3 days late submitting my documents ,the canadian embassy re opened my application.and they are requiring me to submit my passport to finalize my case.....what does this means,....

usually they request the passport for visa stamping purposes... that's what i've been reading in this forum. do you have a Client ID number? may be you should check your e-cas status to know what stage you are in the process.
to refresh my mind,i dont have any e-cas.just now i send my passport tru dhl,to the canadian embassy here in abu dhabi,...

That's good news timi_alain. I have a question for you. When you submitted your documents, is your Diploma and Transcript of Records authenticated by DFA? or they had accepted it even if it is not authenticated by DFA.

yes,indeed....it was all authenticated....
when they require your passport,meaning they will stamp my visa already...

just received my passport yesterday.......thanks god,i have already a visa now,my category is multiple....
