hello, I am international student and I finished my study recently. I already have USA visa and I want to visit my relatives in USA and my TRV is valid until August. So, I want to confirm regarding that can I visit without applying the work permit.moreover, which documents are required to show them?.. what questions they can ask?

When does your study permit expire? Do you not plan to apply for PGWP? If so you should apply before you leave. If your study permit expires and you don't plan to apply for a PGWP you may need to apply to change to visitor status. All depends on expiry dates and travel dates.

My study permit is valid till August 31 same as my TRV. I am waiting for my graduation letter.

Yes you can visit with no problem. You can mention the you are waiting for you graduation letter and intend to apply for PGWP if they point out that your study permit is expiring soon. If you receive your documents and have applied for PGWP I would bring proof that you have submitted your application. Not sure how long you will be in the US but I'd apply for PGWP as you receive your documents.

According to you, it is more safer if I apply PGWP before leaving so that I have some proof to show them regarding my intense to re-enter Canada. Right?
