It's unlikely they can sponsor you. They definitely cannot sponsor you through Family Class. They might be able to sponsor you through one of the provincial programs. Where do they live? Which province?

Your uncle or aunt may be able to sponsor you and your family if they live in Manitoba or Saskatchewan. Otherwise, you will have to find your own way to immigrate.

Regina is in Saskatchewan so your aunt could sponsor you under the family stream. However, they have recently changed their requirements so that you also need a job offer. Maybe your aunt can help you get one. You can read about the Saskatchewan program here: http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/family-referral

Follow the instructions on the website or ask your aunt since she has done it before.
