Actully my spouse sponsor came in Canada on 2 october, 2015 and she started job recently 1 June, 2016 and she has no perivious income therefore she has not reporting anything to income tax.

then you have to write a statement. i bet you can always submit a copy of your T1, the same one given to your employer.
