Requests for Additional forms!

1. Would it cause a major delay if you are requested to send updated forms or will they process them by the time they receive it..

2. How will they know that what I am sending is the requested form?

3. What is the CPC address for me to send it to?

4. Who else had to send out updated forms or documents and still had a smooth sailing in the processing?

1-maybe not a major delay, but those are the problems that make a delay
2-It is better to use a courier and have a tracking number, in that way you will know if they received it
3-The address should be in the e-mail or letter of request, check again and you will see the indication about address to send it.
4-not me, we are over 13 months and not DM yet.... while almost everybody that apply at the same time as us is already done, even applicants from later dates are done, but not us.
But every case is different, so, what happen to other files wont necessarily will apply you yours.

Im only dealing with IMM 0008. I submitted our applications in January to find out that I submitted an outdated form. I filled out and August, not knowing that they updated in November.
May I know your case? Is this a spousal sponsorship or with dependents.

If I'm not mistaken, it's was updated again on February 2015.

You're right. It was updated on February 2015, however, I sent mine in January so I've only missed one updating session. Though, if they will request another form for that, then I will be sending a Feb form, or more recent to that.
