Requesting Covering Letter to be submitted by Parents for Visitor Visa

My parents are applying for visitor visa to Canada. I would like them to write a covering letter to the Visa Officer explaining about their ties to India and financial situation. I would really appreciate if any one of you can send me a template for the same.
