Has anyone requested notes from physical file with ATIP?
It seems like no one, my MP or Minister of Immigration can not tell me the reason for the delay on my applications.
It's been 17 months since I applied and 10 months since I passed my citizenship test.
No additional documentation was requested from me, thus my application is still routine one.
Digital ATIP said that there was some kind of miscommunication with CBSA, after requesting ATIP from CBSA and my MP asking them directly what's wrong, CBSA replied that from their side everything seems to be fine and it's up to local office to close the file.
So if I request notes from physical file, would that reveal anything new or they doctor the file the way CSIS does?
Is this kind of information relevant if I decide to go through mandamus ?
