please help me out with this.
I'm a permanent resident from Cambodia but graduated high school outside of Canada, so i want my high school transcript evaluation through WES, I've read all the requirements of documents, but I'm a bit confused on some part of it, my questions are :
1. Since they listed that they need me to mail my high-school diploma and the translation of it which is submitted by applicant (me) , and academic transcript by my institution directly to them. Does that mean I need to tell my high school in Cambodia to mail my academic transcript directly from Cambodia to WES in Canada? and , I mail my High school diploma and the translation of it to them separately from my transcript, like in 2 different envelopes from different sender, or what?
2. Does my high school diploma which I'm going to mail to them also required to have the institution name and stamp on it like the transcript one or just put it in a simple envelope is okay?
