Request paper certificate if already have received an e-certificate?

My country does not accept the canadian citizenship e-certificate. Does anyone know if you can still request a paper copy if you have received an e-certificate?

Contact the e-certificate download instruction email address and share your concern. They will give you a paper one.

Well, you can always print a back to back copy of your eCertificate in Colour!

It is the same as Paper certificate.

Unfortunately they do not recognize the e-certificate/printed off version, they want a hard copy (they have never heard of an e certificate). I messaged the ircc, waiting for their reply in how to handle it.
