Request of urgent issuing of PR Card

I will make landing as immigrant and leave within 30days, is there any way to expedite the issuing of my PR Card, as per my knowledge, yes there is, but is this applicable to my case as a first PR Card?

Expedite processing is only available for PR card renewals.

So the answer is no - unfortunately there is no way for you to expedite the issuing of your PR card.
