Hello,

i came to canada on study visa in 2015 and now i need my initial study permit application which i have submitted to embassy. I do not have a copy of that form, now i have to apply visitor visa for my mother and i need to confirm my parents information on form, can i get access to that form now anyhow, please let me know?

OP is in Canada and can ATIP their own information for free. Paying a service to ATIP personal information when you are inside Canada is a spectacular waste of money.

Its 5$ even if you do it yourself & he needs to be a citizen or pr to do it himself, forms were also tricky last I checked much better to pay a small fee.

You don't need to be a citizen or PR to do it yourself, you just need to be in Canada.

The form is online and is self explanatory, you select either "officer's case processing notes" or "complete application." For IRCC, it is more or less pre-filled. You just need to know your application #.

The service you are advertising costs 600% the $5 of an ATIP application.

Because the individual is in Canada, they can request under the Privacy Act which is free.

i am on work permit in canada and i am going to apply for permanent resident in May 2020, does this request have any effect on that file?

I was talking to immigration call centre, she advises me that i can’t get a copy of my study permit application form even under AITP request. Is it true?

If it's been so long they destroyed the file, maybe. But otherwise you can request the application file through ATIP.

Nope , not needed to be a Citizen or PR.

I filed for my own notes within Canada for free.
It's the simplest of all forms, it's all online.

Copy of SP you might not, but am pretty sure you will be able to get the "Application Form".
