Hello - We received request for two new photos after couple weeks of our landing since the latest ones didn't meet the requirements. In the email they are asking us to send to a PO BOX address:

We live in US and noticed that some people got alternate address as well to send to in case they need proof. We haven't received alternate address and FedEx UPS doesn't deliver to PO BOX. any suggestions on what we can do here?
