Hello, I am currently living in Egypt with my husband who i am sponsoring, I was already accepted as a sponsor months ago. We just recieved an email requesting more proof of me returning to canada if my husband gets approved.
In our application I sent 3 copies of job offers signed by employers, willing to hire me. One being my former employer I worked for for 3 years before I moved to Egypt. I also included a letter signed by my parents saying they will let us live with them free of charge until we re-establish ourselves.

Today I have an email that states as follows:

Mr. ___________

Dear Sir,

This refers to your application for permanent residence submitted at this office subsequent to the receipt of a sponsorship undertaking on your behalf by Mrs. __________________

Please note that in order to complete the processing of your application, the following documents will be required :

- Evidence of your sponsor's intention to move/return to Canada with the purpose of establishing permanently there (e.g. A job offer in Canada, evidence of having rented/bought a dwelling in Canada, an acceptance letter from an educational institution in Canada, evidence of having severed ties to the other country, etc...)

Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, 2001 states that all questions pertaining to an immigration application must be answered truthfully and must provide relevant evidence and documents that the examining officer reasonably requires.

Failure to provide the requested documentation within 15 days will result in your application being assessed on the basis of the documentation presently on file. Please be advised that, as the documentation requested in this email is relevant to the final assessment of your file, failure to provide it will likely result in the refusal of your application.
N.B.: Please return a copy of this letter with the requested document.

I have sent job offers proof of where we will live for free, a letter stating why I want to go back to Canada. The only reason I am in Egypt is because my husband is in Egypt. I have finished college, I have the job offers I can include my canadian bank account with a loan that I am paying money on, But I dont know what else they want and in only 15 days!? I am so worried please help! :o

if you submitted your application in dec 2015, then perhaps they are just looking for updated information. were the letters dated? it is now 7 months since your application was submitted, and things can change (and positions can be eliminated or filled). get the dates the letters written updated and resubmit everything you have. you seem to have enough info, it just looks like they need the information to be more current. I would recommend not putting specific move dates in your correspondence. write it as "immediately upon approval we plan to...." CIC can use any "future date" plans against you. it's better to let them know your plans are going to be immediate upon approval.
