Request for Document Prior to AOR

I have received an email from CIC with PA UCI and Application Number, requesting for a document to be provided. They have given us 3 options by which we can provide these documents.

Option 1 is to link our Spousal Sponsorship application online and upload document there. We have already linked our application, however there is no option there to upload any document. Does any one know why this may be the case or how this works? ( given I only got request via email ).

We received email from CIC only today and was our first correspondence since application submission. Is it because it takes a day or two for request to show up in the account?

What would be the best way to go about this. Any advise is appreciated.

U won't see a upload button in your gckey account because u receives the email prior to link your application, u will have to use webform to send the documents, I also receive requests documents before receiving aor the day after I get aor
