I'm a June applicant, I got my medical request which was awesome but also asked to refill and sign question 8 as well as send in police certificates. I omitted holidays the last time I filled it out and am wondering if that is why I got asked, I am adding a supplementary table with more information but want to know if it is necessary to include every single small vacation or if I should do a Holiday table alongside it. Much help would be appreciated on this.
