I applied for a study permit on 11th feb for flight training at Harv's Air in St. Andrews, Manitoba. They gave me a LOA with a course commencement date of 1st April, which is few days from now. There has been no movement on my application so far. My question is if I should mail them to issue me with a fresh LOA with a course starting date of say 1st June and send it via webform to IRCC ? If yes, then can you provide me with a link where I can know how to find that webform ?
