Reporting Fake documents to IRCC

Hello folks,

A friend of mine recently applied to come to Canada as a TFW but received his refusal very late (6months) and the date on the refusal.

We believe something is wrong, and the consultant he worked with remains adamant that it is the correct result. How does one find out what is right or not?
Can we go to the Embassy?

Please help!

the date on the refusal was a future date by 1 month. sorry forgot to add this.

Paste up a copy of the job offer letter. It may all be a scam....

Don't have it. But i looked at the employment letter on the Service Canada page and it is exactly like that. Called the Employer's number on file and they said that the job offer is from their company but they didn't want to tell me anything more

If the consultant is in his home country then he has to go through the police system and/or courts of his home country if he wants to file a complaint.
