Hi All. I am writing to ask about an email I received from Quebec Immigration Ministry regarding intention to refuse to my immigration application for lack of points . My application was opened in 2015 and it is skill worker paper type.
My question is, what structure or format should I follow to send additional documents in response to this email to obtain points? For example: Fiche d'accompagnement + change form + additional documents?
