If you have a work visa, you are a worker. Number of years does not determine permanent residency.

have you downloaded the form??? if yes then click on format by mouse and type first 2009-04-10 like this i hope it will slove the problem

What do you mean by click on format by mouse !!

when you click on the calender do you click on calender where year is written to left side ...if you click on left side years becoming lower and in which year your marriage is conducted that year will come.......try this

Yes, I have already tried it. Can you just check it by doing at your end. See if you can fill 1998-10-02.

i did it .......first i click in box and write 2009-14-07 and then click in the next box it is done i do not know what is actually you are facing the problem......

Issue solved, was having adobe 9....just updated to adobe 11.2 and that's it
Will fill it today and shall be requiring your help at few places. I am thankful to you again.
