We completed our landing and gave a friend's address for receiving the PR cards. We never received the cards and it is one month since CIC sent it.
We are back in the US now and would need to apply for a replacement card.
Can someone please help us understand the process? We went through the CIC website and it asks us to inform them as the first step. However we are outside Canada, do we need to go back there to send the application? The other question is do we send the complete PR card application with all necessary documents or just seND the solemn declaration?
