I will be moving shortly(Nov) to canada and am looking for 1BR apartment for rent in North York(preferably) area. Since I don't own a car so I am relying on public transport to take me to my work place.
I need inputs from people(bug problem, nearness to subway esp imp in winter) who stay near or at these apartments to finalize the lease.
1) Royal Hill Apartments
34 Leith Hill Rd North York GTA , ON , M2J1Z4
2) Bonneville Tower Apartments
24 Leith Hill Rd North York GTA , ON , M2J1Z3
3) Fairview Apartments
25 Leith Hill Road
4) 30 Esterbrooke Avenue
5) Hunters Lodge
2600 Don Mills Rd. Toronto, Ontario M2J 3B4 (this by far looks the cheapest by rent but area is less)
