Renewing my Open Work Permit

My spouse has completed masters and soon will get a PGWP for 3 years. I was on an DOWP till now and would like to renew it again. I have a permanent job offer(NOC A) from a canadian employer. What will be my chances??

My spouse has completed masters and soon will get a PGWP for 3 years. I was on an DOWP till now and would like to renew it again. I have a permanent job offer(NOC A) from a canadian employer. What will be my chances??

1. You can't renew your OWP until your spouse gets a job. You will have to apply to remain as a visitor, when your OWP ends. Once your spouse gets a job in NOC O, A, B, then you can re-apply for an OWP with a copy of his job description.
2. Or after the proper advertising, you employer can apply for a LMO.
